Compact Process Purity

High-purity polypropylene, PVDF, or PFA are used to construct the Precise Heater housing. Most importantly, though, the heat exchanger tube bundles are all-PFA to ensure chemical compatibility. All Precise Heater™ models feature a compact design, with the maximum heating surface in the smallest possible footprint for efficient heat transfer. These heat exchangers are typically 10-in to 30-in tall, and range from 2-in to 6-in diameters.

All-in-OneHeaters & Heat Exchangers

PH Series are compact all-in-one heater and heat exchangers. They are ideal for heating and cooling. They offer large surface areas for heat exchange and fast temperature response with low watt densities.
PH Series are ideal for exothermic reactions and applications that require precise temperature stability.They also feature the efficient
heating coil. Controls and other options available upon request.
