Our titanium heat exchangers are fully constructed with titanium shell and corrugated titanium interior tubes, ensuring adequate turbulence and avoiding inefficient laminar flows. Our titanium shell and tube heat exchangers come in a wide range of cooling and heating capacities, from 1 Ton to 25 Ton cooling and 4 Ton to 375 Ton heating! These units can be used with a boiler for heating as well as glycol chillers or geothermal systems for cooling. These units provide the best combination of affordability, reliability, and efficiency in the industry today.
These heat exchangers can be installed a number of ways to provide optimal heating and/or cooling for many applications. There are few wrong answers with installation, but reaching optimal heat exchange performance with minimal additional hardware and minimal energy consumption can require some tinkering and testing.
Composed entirely of titanium: shell and port components, corrugated interior tubing, and TIG welded with titanium filler.
Corrugated tubing enhances heat exchange by adding turbulence inside and and outside the tubing, as well as reducing laminar flow at higher pressure/flow.
Ample port sizes for both tube ports and shell ports offers a wide range of flow rates.
Unit is fully welded which reduces maintenance and potential for leaks.
Fully titanium construction means maximum protection against corrosion, pitting, and wear, with no weak points to consider.
